º Los hijos de padre o madre colombianos nacidos en el exterior, titulares de pasaporte expido por un Gobierno, se consideraran nacionales colombianos si se domiciliaren en el país. El domicilio se determinará de conformidad can las disposiciones del Código Civil. Las personas a que se refiere el inciso anterior, que vengan al país con el propósito de establecer su domicilio, ingresarán en calidad de turistas.
