De los informes elaborados por los funcionarios del Ministerio de Minas y Energía, en desarrollo de la inspección y vigilancia que se ejerza sobre los yacimientos de metales preciosos, se remitirá a copia a la Superintendencia de Control de Cambios, con las observaciones que consideren convenientes. Igualmente el Ministerio de Minas y Energía informará al Banco de la República sobre las zonas y ciudades en las que a su juicio, deban instalarse se oficinas de compra de estos metales.
