º. Secretarías Técnicas de las Comisiones Consultivas de Comunidades Negras. A partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto las Secretarías Técnicas de las Comisiones Consultivas Regionales, Departamentales y la Distrital de Santa Fe de Bogotá, serán ejercidas por la Dirección de Asuntos para las Comunidades Negras del Ministerio del Interior, quien para tales efectos tramitará los Convenios de Cooperación interinstitucional con las instancias departamentales o regionales encargadas de la atención a comunidades negras o grupos étnicos.
