Los individuos que sufran de la lepra y que por sus recursos pecuniarios puedan llenar las condiciones de aislamiento que se imponen por el artículo 1º, podrán hacerlo observando las prescripciones que les señalen las Juntas de Higiene de los Departamentos. En caso de que contravengan a estas prescripciones, se obligaran a radicarse en el Lazareto más cercano.
