Art. 162. El juicio de cuentas comienza desde que se rinde la cuenta mensual ó anual del respectivo responsable, y se procede á su examen en la Sección; y termina con el auto definitivo de segunda ó de tercera instancia, sea de fenecimiento, ó elevando á alcance líquido los cargos deducidos en el auto de glosas.
