El Congreso de la República tendrá una sesión solemne a las 11 y 30 a. m. del mismo día, en la que se leerá y aprobará una moción alusiva a la luctuosa efemérides.

Dicha moción se grabará en la placa de oro costeada por los miembros del Congreso, y será obsequiada a la Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino.
