Artículo onc e : Las licencias para parcelaciones y urbanizaciones en los recursos turísticos nacionales no podrán otorgarse sin la previa autorización de la Corporación Nacional de Turismo de Colombia, para cada caso, de acuerdo con la reglamentación expedida por ésta. Las licencias que se concedieren contraviniendo esta disposición no tendrán validez.
