Ley 7 de 1945 · Por la cual se dictan normas sobre régimen interno de las cámaras

Al día siguiente de elegidas las comisiones, el Presidente del Senado o de la Cámara procederá a instalarlas en el salón que para su funcionamiento haya sido señalado.

Cada Comisión elegirá por mayoría absoluta de los individuos que la forman un Presidente, un Vicepresidente y un Secretario. Dichos funcionarios durarán en ejercicio de su cargo por el término de un año y podrán ser reelegidos indefinidamente y removidos por los votos de la mayoría absoluta de los miembros de ella, en caso de mal desempeño de sus funciones.
