Será castigado con prisión de veinte días a ocho meses el que ultraje públicamente a alguien o lo señale por un medio cualquiera al desprecio público, ya por no haber provocado a otro a batirse en duelo, bien por haberse negado a batirse. En la misma pena incurrirá quien incite a otro a batirse en duelo por cualquier medio, fuera del caso de los testigos o padrinos de que trata elArtículo 205.
