La resolución de convocatoria será expedida por el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores y en ella se determinarán. para cada concurso, el número de cupos de ingreso a la Academia, las profesiones requeridas para participar en el mismo y las materias y temas sobre los cuales versarán las pruebas.
