ARTICULO 222 . Legitimación para recurrir . El recurso de casación podrá ser interpuesto por el procesado, su defensor, el apoderado de la parte civil, el fiscal y el Ministerio Público. El procesado no puede sustentar el recurso de casación salvo que sea abogado titulado.
