Nombramiento En Periodo De Prueba

Nombramiento en periodo de prueba. La persona no inscrita en la carrera que haya sido seleccionada por concurso será nombrada en período de prueba por un término de seis (6) meses. Aprobado dicho período por obtener calificación satisfactoria en el ejercicio de sus funciones, el empleado adquiere los derechos de carrera y deberá ser inscrito en el Registro Público de la Carrera Administrativa.

Si no lo aprueba, una vez en firme la calificación, su nombramiento deberá ser declarado insubsistente por resolución motivada del nominador.
