Selección de Suboficiales. El Director General de la Policía Nacional podrá seleccionar, dentro del personal de Suboficiales, a quienes por sus condiciones profesionales, experiencia y conocimientos puedan ser preparados como Oficiales en la respectiva Escuela de Formación, a la cual pasarán en comisión del servicio por el tiempo de duración del curso.
