°. Objeto . El presente decreto fija los criterios de distribución y asignación de los recursos del Sistema General de Participaciones en Salud (SGP-S) para el componente de salud pública y para la financiación de la prestación de servicios de salud a la población pobre no asegurada y a las actividades no cubiertas con subsidios a la demanda, en desarrollo de lo establecido en el literal a) del numeral 1 del artículo 11 de la Ley 1122 de 2007, y sólo serán aplicables a la distribución y asignación que realice la Nación.
