Artículo único. Autorízase al Laboratorio J. V. H., de propiedad del señor Jenaro Gutiérrez, en Medellín, para fundir y convertir en barras exportables el oro que se les presente en estado nativo, y para expedir los certificados de ensaye de que trata el articulo 1°de la Ley 97 de 1920. Queda así adicionado el artículo 1° del Decreto número 178, del 14 de febrero de 1921.
