° Para el registro estadístico de la propiedad territorial y formación del censo agrícola y pecuario, todo dueño, poseedor o mero tenedor de fincas raíces está obligado a suministrar los datos necesarios y precisos que den a conocer la capacidad productiva de las respectivas fincas, con la extensión y naturaleza del suelo, clima, riquezas naturales, diversos cultivos e industrias , dehesas y calidad de ellas, especies y clases de ganado, movimiento de procreación de estos etc.
