Cuando en una acta se haya cometido algún error, que no se salvó en la forma prevista en el artículo 40 del presento Decreto, se ocurrirá al Juez para que con audiencia de los interesados se corrija. Si el fallo ordenare la corrección, una vez ejecutoriado, se copiará su, parte resolutiva en el libro de registro respectivo. Esta trascripción servirá de acta debiendo además, ponerse nota a la margen en del acta reformada.
