Aplicación. Los profesionales a quienes se les aplica esta ley, deben tener presente que son principios éticos y morales rectores indiscutibles ajenos a cualquier claudicación, entre otros: el mutuo respeto, la cooperación colectiva, dignificar la persona, acatar los valores que regulan las relaciones humanas, convivir en comunidad, cumplir voluntariamente los principios que guían, protegen y encauzan la actitud del hombre frente a sus deberes, obligaciones y derechos.
