Si en los eventos previstos en el artículo 26 del presente Decreto los bienes han ingresado en trasgresión del estatuto Penal aduanero o del mandato a que se refiere el artículo 35 que origine su retención, las autoridades de que tratan los citados artículos 26 y 35 o la penal aduanera, los retendrán a prevención.
