º. Prestaciones no causadas . Las prestaciones sociales de los docentes departamentales, distritales, municipales y de los establecimientos públicos oficiales que se causen a partir de la incorporación o afiliación al Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio, así como sus reajustes, reliquidaciones y sustituciones, serán reconocidas a través del representante del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, ante la respectiva entidad territorial y se pagarán por el Fondo Nacional de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio.
