En los permisos que se concedan para el ingreso de aeronaves extranjeras al país se harán constar expresamente las prohibiciones a que, conforme a las leyes y decretos vigentes, queda subordinado el vuelo dentro del espacio atmosférico nacional, y los requisitos que deben llenarse por el Comandante de la aeronave.
