De Los Menores De 14 Años

º DE LOS MENORES DE 14 AÑOS. La autorización para suscribir contrato de trabajo, a menores de 14 años y mayores de 12 años de edad, se concederá cuando la jornada de trabajo no exceda de (3) horas diarias, únicamente para realizar labores de tipo familiar, y teniendo en cuenta que el horario no afecte su asistencia a un establecimiento educativo regular

Parágrafo 1

Se entiende por tareas de tipo familiar, aquellas actividades de índole doméstico que se realizan para el bienestar de una familia.

Parágrafo 2

º El salario se pagará en proporción a las horas trabajadas.
