A rtículo 48. Cuentas maestras . Una vez en firme la certificación en salud para la administración de los recursos del Sispi, el territorio indígena que conforma el Consejo Regional Indígena del Cauca (CRIC) deberá registrar ante el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, la cuenta maestra a la cual ingresarán los recursos que lo financian, en los términos y condiciones definidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social. Esta cuenta deberá ser aperturada en entidades financieras vigiladas por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, estarán exentas de gravámenes y no podrán ser objeto de embargo, pignoración, titularización, o alguna otra disposición financiera que afecte la disponibilidad de los recursos.
