Especialidad de los buques . El servicio de transporte marítimo de carga se prestará en buques especializados. La especialidad hace relación a la aptitud que debe poseer un buque por diseño, transformación o adaptación, conforme a la naturaleza de la carga que va a ser transportada. Esta especialidad será determinada de acuerdo con los certificados expedidos por la sociedad clasificadora que haya inspeccionado el buque.
