2.14.5.2.3. Duración . La duración del contrato no podrá ser inferior a tres (3) años contados a partir de la iniciación de la explotación. En los cultivos permanentes o semipermanentes este plazo empezará a contarse a partir de la fecha en que por lo menos el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de las plantaciones entren en producción.
