°. Adiciónase el artículo 7° del Decreto 2337 de 1996 con el siguiente

Parágrafo 3

Como modalidades de pago de las obligaciones contenidas en los bonos BVC, las entidades aportantes podrán acordar amortizaciones anticipadas y compensaciones. El acuerdo sobre estas modalidades de pago deberá constar en el contrato de concurrencia o en sus modificaciones. Cuando se acuerden compensaciones el contrato de concurrencia deberá prever los mecanismos que aseguren el pago completo y oportuno de las obligaciones pensionales, los cuales serán verificados y aprobados por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
