º . Incumplimiento del Programa de Desmonte Progresivo. El incumplimiento por parte de la entidad que lo haya adoptado podrá dar lugar a la adopción de la medida de toma de posesión de sus bienes, haberes y negocios, en los términos del literal l) del artículo 114 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, adicionado por el artículo 33 de la Ley 795 de 2003.
