La apertura, manejo terminación de las cuentas corrientes autorizadas o registradas por la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional, será responsabilidad exclusiva de los funcionarios que tienen registradas sus firmas para el manejo de las mismas ante el eslablecimiento de crédito respectivo.
