A partir del 1° de noviembre de 1992 y a opción del agente retenedor, no será obligatorio efectuar retención en la fuente sobre pagos o abonos en cuenta inferiores a trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000) moneda corriente, cuando éstos se originen en la adquisición de productos agrícolas, sin procesamiento industrial.
