Articulo trece. Los hechos configurados como delitos en los artículos 226, 227, 228 y 229 del Código Penal, y 43 y 44 de la Ley 78 de 1935, cuando se refieran a los "sellos de garantía" de que trata este Decreto, o a los elementos para su fabricación serán sancionados con las penas establecidas en los mencionados artículos.
