La Nación cooperará con el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del costo de todas las obras, a la construcción de la " Casa y Club del Empleado " en la ciudad de Cali.

Parágrafo

Para atender a este gasto, se apropiará la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00) en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia fiscal o en las vigencias subsiguientes. Queda además facultado el Gobierno para hacer contratos, sobre base de financiación, con contratistas particulares hasta por el total de la suma decretada.
