El día en que deba verificarse la instalación concurrirán los miembros de cada Cámara al local señalado, a la una de la tarde, y se instalarán en junta preparatoria, presididos por el individuo que señale el respectivo Reglamento. El Presidente nombrará un Secretario de la junta, que debe ser miembro de la Cámara.
