El producto del remate se entrega a los comuneros o a la persona a quien ellos designen unánimemente.

Si no hay acuerdo, se nombra un partidor para -que haga la distribución entre los condueños, y de ahí en adelante se sigue la tramitación señalada para la partición de la herencia.
