Los deberes religiosos, con excepción de los actos hechos en comunidad, son de voluntaria observación. Los condenados que no pertenecen a la religión católica, permanecerán en sus celdas o en sus dormitorios durante las funciones religiosas y pueden solicitar, cuando sea posible, la asistencia de la religión a la que pertenecen.
