El alcance, procedimientos y controles mínimos de la supervisión técnica, serán establecidos en el Título I de la reglamentación de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 46 de esta ley, definiendo grados de supervisión diferenciales, según la importancia, área, altura o grupo de uso de las edificaciones.
