Derecho A La Indemnización

Ley 1448 de 2011 · por la cual se dictan medidas de atención, asistencia y reparación integral a las víctimas del conflicto armado interno y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Los niños, niñas y adolescentes víctimas tienen el derecho a obtener una indemnización. Los padres, o en su defecto, el defensor de familia, podrán elevar la solicitud, como representantes legales del niño, niña o adolescente, de la indemnización a la que estos tengan derecho.

Cuando los niños, niñas o adolescentes hubieren sido víctimas del reclutamiento ilícito, deben haber sido desvinculados del grupo armado organizado al margen de la ley siendo menores de edad para acceder a la indemnización.
