Modalidades . Los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada con medios caninos, podrán operar en las modalidades de vigilancia fija y móvil

Modalidad fija . Es la que se presta por el binomio manejador-perro, con objeto de proteger a personas o bienes muebles o inmuebles en un lugar determinado. La vigilancia con perro en riel o guaya, se considera como vigilancia fija para todos los efectos.

Modalidad móvil . Es la que se presta por el binomio manejador-perro, con objeto de dar protección a personas, bienes muebles o inmuebles en área o sector determinado.
