Este Decreto rige quince (15) días calendario después de la fecha de su expedición y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el Decreto 1108 del 13 de junio de 1973 y los artículos 18, 19 y 20 del Decreto 232 de 1967.
