de conformidad con los dispuesto en el artículo 1º de la ley 7ª de 1944, el convenio 160 sobre estadística de trabajo, adoptando por la conferencia General de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo en si 7ª reunión, Ginebra, 1985, que por el artículo 1º de esta Ley se aprueba, obligara al país a partir la fecha que se perfeccione el vínculo internacional.
