A más tardar quince días después de hecha la notificación de que trata el Artículo anterior, podrán presentarse los propietarios y nombrar cada uno un perito que habrá de intervenir en el avaluó de la zona que se ha ordenado expropiar. El Agente Fiscal habrá nombrado, dentro del propio termino, otro perito al mismo fin, y el Juez nombrara un tercer perito propietario de bienes rurales situados en el Circuito, de buen crédito, y que no tenga propiedades afectadas por la zona que se trate de expropiar.
