amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 245 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 245. El recurso de apelación procede sólo contra las resoluciones que pongan fin a la primera instancia. Podrá interponerse oralmente en la audiencia en que se profiera, en caso de no interponerse el recurso o no interponerse oportunamente, la providencia quedará ejecutoriada.
