°. Objeto . El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer las condiciones y reglas para la movilidad desde el régimen subsidiado hacia el régimen contributivo y viceversa, sin solución de continuidad en su aseguramiento en salud, de los afiliados al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud focalizados en los niveles I y II del Sisbén que por cambios o intermitencias en sus condiciones socioeconómicas deban moverse de un régimen a otro y no quieran cambiar de Entidad Promotora de Salud (EPS).
