Concurso desierto . De conformidad con el artículo 39 del Decreto-ley 765 de 2005, una vez declarado desierto el concurso, por alguna de las causales allí previstas, el Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, DIAN, deberá convocar nuevamente a concurso, dentro de los veinte (20) días hábiles siguientes, previa revisión del orden de prioridad para la provisión de empleos de que trata el artículo 27 del decreto antes citado.
