La presente ley tiene por objeto establecer las normas tendientes a brindar seguridad y adecuar las instalaciones de piscinas con el fin de evitar accidentes, problemas de salud y proteger la vida de los usuarios de estas, sin perjuicio de lo que dispongan otras normas que, con carácter concurrente, puedan serles de aplicación.
