Articulo 151 . Cómputo prima de vuelo . Para efectos de asignación de retiro, pensión y demás prestaciones sociales, la prima de vuelo solamente se liquidará a los Oficiales y Suboficiales del grupo aéreo de la Policía Nacional que tengan veinte (20) o más años de servicio y un mínimo de tres mil (3.000) horas de vuelo.
