Queda asímismo el Gobierno autorizado para contratar los servicios de sendos técnicos en alfarería y joyería que, en el mencionado plantel, dicten cursos de enseñanza práctica de estas materias, con el fin de desarrollar y fomentar estas industrias autóctonas en la expresada ciudad de Mompós.
