Cesión de la concesión. La cesión de la concesión requerirá permiso previo y expreso del Ministerio de Comunicaciones y de la autoridad concedente. Para impartir dicha autorización, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones solamente verificará que el cesionario reúna los requisitos personales exigibles para ser concesionario.
