Las demandas referentes a los escrutinios y registros del Gran Consejo Electoral y del Consejo Electoral de Bogotá, serán presentadas en la Secretaria de la Sala de Negocios Generales del Consejo de Estado, dentro de los cuatro días, a partir del acto cuya nulidad se demanda.

Las demandas referentes a la nulidad o irregularidades de los escrutinios y registros de los demás Consejos Electorales, deberán dirigirse al Consejo de Estado y presentarse dentro de seis días, ante la primera autoridad política de la cabecera de la respectiva Circunscripción Electoral.
