Materias primas químicas para la elaboración de medicamentos. Las materias primas químicas destinadas a la síntesis o elaboración de medicamentos correspondientes a las partidas 29.36, 29.41, 30.01, 30.03, 30.04 y 30.06 del actual Arancel de Aduanas, clasificables en los capítulos 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 38, 39 y 72 para medicamentos de uso humano y en los capítulos 13, 15, 16, 17, 21, 23, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35 y 38 para los de uso veterinario, están excluidas del impuesto sobre las ventas si se cumplen las condiciones establecidas en los artículos 1.3.1.12.3 a 1.3.1.12.9 del presente decreto, según el caso.
