Las encomiendas postales y los envíos por correo procedentes de San Andrés y Providencia, en cantidades no comerciales no pagarán tributos aduaneros.

Parágrafo 1

Se considerarán cantidades no comerciales hasta diez (10) unidades de la misma clase, vendidas al mismo comprador en un solo día.
